Behavior Policy

Our policy is very clear. Be Kind and Respectful to our staff as well as other clients. We are a family salon and a caring salon. There are no exceptions. Treat other as you would like to be treated. We do not want to ask you to leave but however ruddiness will not be tolerated!!

If you are asked to leave you are not allowed back for 30 days!! We do not want so please do not make have no option.

Our Cancellation Policy-

Our Policy is less than 24 hours' Notice for a cancellation that is not due to SICKNESS will occur a Cancelation fee of $25 plus $10 for every additional hour your service was booked.

ex. (a color is an average of three hours: 25+10+10= $45)

Fee must be paid before your next appointment can be booked.

Our Age Policy-

Is if the client is under 18 a Parent must be present before service can even begin. This is to insure we (stylist, parent, and child) are all the same page with services and the charge is fully understood. No exceptions!! Children must be under parental view to help with any behavior issues. SBG like to make their experience fun and enjoyable. How ever the service will be stopped if behavior is NOT addressed AND HANDLED BY PARENT due to safety reasons.

Our Customer Referral Program-

Our customer referral program is our way of Saying "Thank You". To our clients that are sending us their friends and family. We will do our best to take care of all our clients and make them as happy as we can. So... with a referral you will receive after they have come in and let us know sent them you will get....

1ST Referral- you get 10% off your next Service.

2nd Referral- you get 15% off your next service.

3rd Referral- you get 20% off your next service.

4th Referral- you get 25% off your next service.

And after you hit your 4th referral you can restart and continue to save

Before any Big event such as a wedding, Sweet 16, Quinnetta, etc. must have a Consultation, a deposit and a contract if is more than one person. We do Travel to go on locations but there is an onsite fee.
