Most people don't on average, think of hair having a routine other than it's something i do in the shower..lol However it is the exact opposite!! It is very much your scalp and hair tell allot about you. I am not telling you this to make you  Paranoid but to more of explain why this is important!! 

1. What you put in your body come out through your hair. What the body is going though shows in your hair ... Think hair follicle test....So, stress, over shampooing, not shampooing , not shampooing properly, using the wrong products, health changes....... ALL SHOW THROUGH YOUR HAIR. SO when we ask while doing your scalp analyses "Hey hey, (your name), it's so good to see you how are you? fam? And how  are things? everything alright?" we know something is off. Where trying to  find out why. So we have it investigate the issues....meds, diet, illness, stress, new products, etc... There for questions.
